They will provide you with advice to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The information offices are open throughout the year.

Classification and labels
The Intercommunal Tourist Office of the Resort des Rousses includes an administrative headquarters at Fort des Rousses and 4 tourist information offices located in the heart of the villages of Les Rousses, Bois d'Amont, Prémanon and Lamoura. Classified in category I, it belongs to the national network of Tourist Offices of France, attesting to the highest level of quality of services within a Tourist Office. The classification order, valid for 5 years, was published by the Prefect of Jura on December 8, 2023.
This distinction recognizes professionalism of our Tourist Office in terms of reception, dissemination of tourist information, promotion of the Resort area, local development, entertainment and advice to holidaymakers and professionals in the tourism sector.
Tourism and disability
The Tourist Office of the Resort des Rousses wishes to offer and develop a truly accessible offering for all (activities, accommodation, services). Thus, it has obtained the brand Tourisme & Handicap since July 6, 2017, renewed in 2022 for its Les Rousses reception area. It also encourages its partners offering a suitable offer to obtain the label.
