Natural areas and bivouacs
Some partners of the Tourist Office also offer some bivouac and camping possibilities on their properties:
- La Grenotte stopover lodge in Prémanon : 3-person trapper tent, possibility of bivouacking for 4 tents max. and 4/5 people max. Paying.
- The Grand Tétras stopover lodge in Les Rousses : unusual accommodation La Pandola and possibility of bivouac. Paid.
- The Lodge at Ponard in Les Rousses : unusual accommodation, yurts and caravans and the possibility of bivouacking. Fee required.
- Chalet de La Frasse in Lamoura : dormitory, and possibility of bivouac.
Motorhome
- Upstream Woods : free parking (subject to availability), located Eglantine impasse In the village, in the parking lot behind the Boissellerie Museum. Emptying is possible – free parking is available.
- Lamoura : free parking (subject to availability) located on the Serra parking lot, at the start of the ski slopes, 2 km from the village. 20 dedicated spaces. Plan to move the vehicle to facilitate snow removal in winter.
- Lamoura : natural area “The Giraude”free access and including toilets, sinks and barbecue.
- Les Rousses : free parking (subject to availability) located on the Aube parking lot, lake road (next to the football field), close to the village center. Service terminal on site: water, electricity, waste disposal. Payment by credit card (€5.00 for 100 liters of water or 1 hour of electricity).
- Les Rousses : free parking (subject to availability) 5 km from the village of Les Rousses, on the Balancier parking lot, at the start of the downhill ski slopes. 20 dedicated spaces. In winter, plan to move the vehicle to facilitate snow removal.
- Premanon : GCU association campsite.
