Dogs on leashes are permitted on marked hiking trails in the Haut Jura Regional Nature Park. They are prohibited in the Haute Chaîne du Jura Nature Reserve.

Free WIFI access points are available in the 4 tourist offices of the villages (Bois d'Amont, Prémanon, Lamoura and les Rousses).

The tourist office does not sell Swiss motorway vignettes. You can find it for sale at La Cure (Swiss Customs), at the Vandelle store (purchase vignette in cash only) or at service stations in Switzerland. Possibility to purchase an E-Vignette.

Yes, an identity card (or passport) is required for entry into Switzerland. For children, a family record book may be sufficient.
Authorization to leave the territory (AST) is mandatory as soon as a minor child leaves France without being accompanied by their legal guardian. -
Yes, but plan to bring their health record and present an up-to-date vaccination record.
Pets must be vaccinated against rabies. The rabies vaccination, certified on the vaccination certificate, must have been completed at least 21 days and no more than 12 months before entering Switzerland. The 21-day period is not mandatory in the case of regular annual booster vaccinations. -
