Haut-Jura Music Festival
Description
Haut-Jura Music Festival
May 2026
For over forty years, the Haut-Jura Music Festival has been bringing a unique artistic adventure, centered on early music (nine centuries of music), to a predominantly rural region. The team is committed to developing a genuine regional project and opening the event to the widest possible audience through original offerings: concerts, but also nature outings, museum walks, urban strolls, film screenings followed by discussions, previews, musical migrations, and more, all at a brisk pace over nine days, from May 22nd to 31st.
The May 2026 edition is particularly noteworthy, featuring pianist Alexandre Tharaud, singers Lea Desandre and Juliette Mey, and ensembles Le Concert de la Loge, Près de Vote Oreille, La Guilde des Mercenaires, Ensemble Artifices, and La Capriola. They will perform in some of the most beautiful heritage sites in the Jura region, including Saint-Claude, Saint-Lupicin, Molinges, Moirans-en-Montagne, Clairvaux-les-Lacs, Nantua, and the surrounding mountains.
We look forward to seeing many of you there to celebrate these artists.
