The 4 villages

Ever want to just relax, dream, and enjoy life?
Bring the whole family to our preserved natural environment nestled between peaks and valleys for a spectacular view of Mont Blanc!

Les Rousses Resort is made up of the four villages of Les Rousses, Lamoura, Prémanon and Bois d'Amont. This was the first French resort to be given the 'Flocon Vert' (Green Snowflake) certification. Its charm is derived from the beauty of its surrounding landscape and the protected nature within it.

During the winter, come and ski in one of the most beautiful French Nordic skiing areas (170 km of trails) and fly down down the Alpine ski slopes of several mountains, including one shared with Switzerland. Come refresh yourself, take a sleigh ride or horse-drawn carriage through the villages, or toboggan with your kids. For those who enjoy being active, there is skijoring and biathlon.

The undulating, peaceful and relaxing landscape surrounding Les Rousses Resort is also a huge natural playground during the summer months and offers many opportunities for sharing special family moments together. You can experience the delights of water-based activities thanks to its two swimming lakes and its watersports centre. Enjoy exploring the hiking trails wherever the mood takes you on foot, mountain bike or horseback. There are also two 18-hole golf courses, hiking with huskies, fishing, adventure courses, and the Underground Adventure the only one of its kind in France, in France's second-largest Fort right in the heart of the resort.
