Electric bikes and mountain bikes in the Jura

With an electric bike, say goodbye to endless climbs that ache your legs, and goodbye to overly long rides; all you have to do is appreciate the beauty of the surrounding landscape. If your vacation is all about relaxation, take the time to explore the Haut-Jura region in search of its hidden treasures. The world is outside. Hop on your e-bike/hybrid bike and marvel at its omnipresent nature.
La Station des Rousses has selected 12 routes for you to discover its villages, lakes and forests in VAE / VTC. Take a leisurely stroll along the small tarmac roads and dirt tracks of its 4 villages. Ask for the special leaflet E-bikes/hybrid bikes are available for purchase at the Tourist Office in the resort: a map, 3 routes per village with detailed descriptions, a selection for all tastes (from a 20-minute, 3.5km ride to a 2.5-hour, 29km route). The Rousses Station is also equipped with Charging points for your electric bikes. The lockers are located behind the Tourist Office. With a deposit (€1 or €2 coin), you have access to a locked locker to leave your belongings. Each locker has a electrical outlet to safely leave your battery to recharge.

Designed to guide cyclists through the Jura mountains, particularly via routes suitable for electric bikes (e-bikes) and hybrid bikes (VTCs), it offers approximately 40 to 50 marked routes, ranging from 15 to 60 km , allowing cyclists to discover the region's rich natural and cultural heritage, including its lakes, rivers, waterfalls, and wetlands , linking several tourist sites and points of interest in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park and the Jura Mountains lakes area.
